The best way to beat fear of failure is by just doing it. Make a start by putting lines of paper like a child. Draw headfooters or tadpole people. They may not be realistic, but the powerful and convincing lines give them credibility.
The practice of making lines confident is what aids story telling. The more we practice, the more confident we become, and it literally shows.
