Follow up - Day 6 of no sugar. Don't feel like eating sweet stuff anymore and it simply cannot be because of my body needs changing.

It took just one shift - from "what will it take to eat that barfi" to "what do I gain by not eating that barfi". And what do I gain - a more confident, more complete, more anchored woman with her head held high.

Last bit was super important - because failures lead to guilt and guilt to self-humiliation.
