.. using Transactional Analysis as intellectual tool to understand the basis of behaviour and feelings. A tool often works better and has more meaning if we have some idea how it was developed, how it is different.
And so is an AI TOOL!! Knowing how it is developed will produce unique product insight on its value proposition and overall fit in the AI architecture for a business win.
