Anthropic is playing to win.

Their choice of beachhead is obvious in hindsight for a couple of reasons:
1. Developers wrote a lot on the internet, and most modules in python/next/etc were all available on the internet. Hence, also available in pre-training.
2. Codegen for all tasks will replace ALL existing products - for eg, now i can transcribe my own videos. I can design my own blog without needing any blogging services. Why would I pay money for separate products?
